Perfectly Imperfect Birthday

Perhaps, I should ask for a magic spell
To make my birthday party perfect and grand.
"A party? It's not!" Listen to what I'll tell.
"I've never had a birthday party since then!"
Now you're making me burst out and yell.
No confetti, balloons, not even a little cupcake.
But I'm good. My family always greet me as loud as a bell
"MALIGAYANG KAARAWAN!"
And no magic can beat that, not even a binding spell.

Prompt for "Dew Drop Inn" : Somehow incorporate a word or phrase of another language into your poem.
Usage: "MALIGAYANG KAARAWAN!" is a Tagalog (Filipino) phrase which translates to "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"

Prompt for "DWG: Poet, Know It, Show It Contest: Ent" : Special, unique, stupid, great, the best birthday party is? Use one word or all, your choice as to how many.

Prompt for "DWG: Write With Might Contest" : What is the perfect birthday party?

Prompt for "The Whatever Contest -- Closes Oct. 2" : Find a form of poetry you've never written before and both describe it and write an example.
Form Chosen: Magic9
Poetic Form Details:
The Magic 9 poetic form is a great example of how a simple form can be created from a mistake and how some of the simplest forms are also the most fun to write. The magic 9 is a newer form and relatively unknown. In fact, I couldn't find a creator of the form, though it appears to have been inspired by a poet misspelling the word "abracadabra." This 9-line poem doesn't have any rules as far as meter or subject matter--just a rhyme scheme: abacadaba. That's right! Just remove the r's from "abracadabra," and boom! A new poetic form.

For the purpose of following the rules of "The Whatever Contest -- Closes Oct. 2" :

Prompt: Find a form of poetry you've never written before and both describe it and write an example.
Written for "The Whatever Contest."  "The Whatever Contest -- Closes Oct. 2"
Word/Line Count:
